New rail connection between Lisbon / Leixoes and Valencia

This month COSCO Shipping will launch the Iberia Sea-Rail Express, the new rail connection between Lisbon / Leixoes and Valencia.

This will be a weekly service operated by Captrain/Takargo. The service will connect Valencia to Lisbon and Leixoes, both import and export, with an approximate transit time of 21 hours. The capacity of each train is 58 TEU.

In Valencia, COSCO Shipping offers a wide range of maritime services from/to Far East, Middle East, IPBC, Africa and Europe. Initially, this connection will be available for origins/destinations in the Far East and Middle East.

COSCO Shipping provides T1 issuance in Valencia for import cargo and offers door pick-up and delivery service between the rail terminals in Lisbon (Bobadela) and Leixoes and any point in the portuguese mainland territory.
